  • Peak Fellowship is not a lecture series or occasional case meeting. It is a structured professional growth community designed to help dentists build mastery, leadership, and meaningful connections.

    Unlike study clubs that focus mostly on clinical discussion, Peak Fellowship integrates:

    • Small-group learning circles

    • Personal and professional development

    • Leadership and practice growth

    • Interdisciplinary collaboration

    • Community and friendship

    It is designed to help members grow not just as clinicians, but as professionals and people.

  • Peak Fellowship Circles and Summits are designed exclusively for Fellow Members, because the experience depends on trust, continuity, and shared commitment. The Fellow membership is $100 / month.

    However, Summits and select programs or introductory sessions are open to non-members so they can experience the Fellowship before joining.

  • Yes. Peak Fellowship programs offer AGD-accredited Continuing Education credits.

  • Peak Fellowship programs may be held at:

    • Smile Studio in Bethesda, MD

    • Other locations per individual program moderator

  • Circles are smaller, intimate groups, limited to eight people—focused on deep conversation around a specific topic. Everyone participates. Everyone shares. This is where connection and trust really begin to form.

    Forums are ongoing, committed peer groups that meet regularly over time. These are built for continuity, depth, and long-term growth—very similar to the forum experience that shaped me so profoundly.

  • You can apply to become a Fellow Member through the Fellow Membership page on the website. The fellow membership is $100 per month and will provide you access to many of the programs including Circles, Summits, Forums, and members-only events.

  • Fellow Members gain access to a unique professional community designed to support long-term growth.

    Benefits include:

    • Priority updates on upcoming Peak Fellowship Circles and Special Events

    • Eligibility to participate in Peak Fellowship Forums

    • Opportunity to create and lead your own Circle around a topic of interest

    • CE credits

    • Access to The Forum conference room in Bethesda, MD for your own meetings and gatherings

    • Use of the Forum Studio to record professional video and audio content

    • Invitations to Fellows-only receptions, gatherings, and special events

    Peak Fellowship is built to help you grow not only in knowledge, but in confidence, leadership, and impact.

  • There are two membership levels:

    • Fellow Members with access to 10 Circles per year: $650 annual membership

    • Peak Fellow with unlimited access to Circles, Special Events, and Forums: $1250 annual membership

    Guest access to Circles are $75 per event.

    Forum: a one-time integration fee of $950 is required forum training.

  • As a fellow member, you may apply to become a moderator and run your own Circles with topics that you are passionate about. To review moderator role, benefits, and send an application, CLICK HERE.
